What steps should I take to start my health and wellness journey?
Contact our team to discuss your goals and preferences, and we’ll create a customized plan to help you transform your health.
Is it possible to adjust my training schedule?
Certainly! With at least 45 days notice, you can modify your training schedule up to two times, and there won’t be an extra charge.
What is your policy on session cancellations?
Sessions rescheduled within 45 days may require full payment for perishable items. However, we strive to be flexible and accommodate your needs!
How does the billing process work?
To secure your training sessions, we request a 50% deposit upfront and the remaining 50% must be paid 24 hours prior to each session.
How can I handle invitations for group training sessions?
Our user-friendly online platform provides an ‘Invitations’ feature, allowing you (or us) to manage guest invites easily and efficiently.
